Most orders are usually shipped immediately upon receipt of payment, in the event of a delay with an order you will
be notified by email and given the option of cancelling your order. Exceptions to this are pre-orders for a forthcoming product
or where otherwise stated. Whilst the vast majority of orders are delivered quickly, please allow 28 days for customs clearance
in some countries and the postal system at your location.
